The Senior Product Manager of Biometric Security, Authentication & Fraud Prevention provides management direction, leadership and overall accountability for Nuance’s biometric product line. This position shapes product strategy while also ensuring timely and efficient execution on roadmap. The leader will have a passion for biometric and security technology, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
This candidate will manage the Security Product Management Team while working in close collaboration with the go-to-market, sales, marketing, professional services and engineering colleagues.

Targeted Personal Characteristics and Core Competencies:
From an educational perspective, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field required, however a Master’s Degree as well is preferred; it must be understood, however, that education, while an important index of achievement and intellectual capacity, will not constitute the primary variable in this decision process. Personal characteristics and demonstrated business accomplishment in information technology, and specifically with biometric security technologies, will serve as the key components in the evaluation of candidates.
