Summary: The Mobile App Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the demo mobile app for the enterprise divison. This demo app will be used in all sales presentations to show mobile Nina, Mobile Chat, the full suite of security features and whatever else is developed that logically fits within a mobile app demo. This app will be predominantly used by the global Sales Engineering group and should support many concurrent sessions where live agents are required on the backend. The app should be easily rebrandable to emulate client apps This position does not have direct reports.
•Develop Android and iOS demonstration mobile application
•Document all available demos and their proper usage
•Modify and maintain the mobile applications
•Work with team members on cross-channel use cases (Visual IVR, mobile app deep linking, etc)
•Work with engineering to resolve any blocking issues
•Propose new demos and uses of available technology
•Actively work with clients on any pre-sales product and technology validations and proofs of concept
•Support sales engineers when required during live client demos
•Train sales engineers on all demos
Number of Years of Work Experience: 5+
Required Skills: Expertise with native Android and iOS mobile application development.
Preferred Skills: Wide exposure to both front-end and back-end web development technologies
Education: Bachelors in related field
