Job Summary

Exciting opportunity to work in an innovative Global Embedded R&D team.  This team focuses on developing award-winning software for IoT, which is integrated into mobile phones, cars and TVs.


You will be working in the area of High Performance Embedded Computing developing solutions for ASR, NLU and Machine Learning algorithms on massively parallel embedded processing hardware.


Main responsibilities are in efficient parallelization of heavy duty processing tasks and their implementation on dedicated hardware as well as integration into a ASR/NLU application framework



  • Engineering and research of ASR, NLU and Machine Learning algorithms for high performance and efficient processing on massively parallel embedded systems
  • Implementation of Neural Network algorithms on dedicated massively parallel accelerator platforms (GPU: Samsung, Intel, Qualcom)
  • Development and implementation of embedded ASR/NLU / Machine Learning algorithms to dedicated hardware platforms (FPGA, GPU…)



Required Skills:

  • Very good understanding of state-of-the-art processing units: CPU, GPU, FPGA
  • Experience with state-of-the-art machine learning methods: deep neural networks, sequence classification, graph search
  • Very good knowledge of algorithms and runtime optimizations
  • Very good knowledge of CUDA, OpenCL and OpenGL ES
  • Experience in development for embedded systems
  • Hands on experience in embedded operating systems (Linux, QNX, Android…) 
  • Strong communication skills in English Language  


Preferred skills 

  • Ability to work in an international, distributed, agile environment
  • German language skills would be beneficial 


Education: Computer science Master's Degree or strong relevant commercial experience.
