Job Summary

This position will be fundamental in staffing top quality Epic consultants on EPIC Implementation projects across the country. Occasional recruitment for client staff augmentation will also occur. The position may be a remote position for candidates who are not local and who meet the Preferred Requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain a mastery of recruiting techniques and tools using current technology including: Social Media, LinkedIn, Boolean Search techniques, ICIMS, Indeed and other job aggregators.
  • Maintain active relationship and grow database of current qualified candidates through networking and referrals, cold calling, internet search.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of EMR, Epic and Dragon terminology, industry trends, etc.
  • Qualify candidates through best practice interview and evaluative processes.
  • Complete hiring processes per company, client, and federal guidelines.
  • Maintain various project tracking and evaluation databases.
  • Maintain positive communication with internal and external customers.
  • Effectively works in a fast-paced office environment with frequently changing variables. Able to work alternative shifts and rotating partial weekends. (Schedule TBD).

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years as a licensed clinician, recruiter or in a professional office environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal presence and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and positive representation of the company with team mates and external customers.
  • Adept in use of technology including Excel, database management, Skype, Face Time and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet and excel goals in a fast paced environment with changing variables.
  • Ability to understand technical healthcare terminology and quickly assimilate into daily work.
  • Participation in weekend on call rotation and work potential alternative schedules (TBD – flexible to be worked out with the team and successful candidate).
  • Ability to productively work an 8 hour day in an office environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting, sourcing for EPIC positions & EPIC  Implementations
  • Minimum 3 years recruiting experience or undergraduate degree.
  • Able to devote undivided 40 hours per week to the job responsibilities.
