Job Summary

Summary: 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on systems within HR i.e. Oracle, including the execution of International employee systems set up and Oracle changes 
  • Manage the end to end Recruitment Systems process as required i.e. contract and offer generation 
  • Supporting employee Human Resources processes and administration such as employee induction, benefits enrollment
  • Supporting the EMEA mailbox for employee queries
  • Process Oracle updates (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc) for EMEA region
  • Administrate employee communications and updates i.e. employee newsletter, group communications

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Recruitment through the timely issuing of all contracts and offer letters to new hires in EMEA
  • Maintaining Human Resources updates and implementing all Employee changes for International including reporting line changes, salary increases, grade or title changes. Supporting organistional design changes on Oracle.
  • Benefit administrations (enrollement and management of healthcare, pensions, tax efficient schemes, travel passes etc, chilcare vouchers etc)
  • Human Resources administration support; preparation of job confirmation letters for employees, annexes to work contracts, admin documents for works council consultation in Germany
  • Team member on projects for streamlining processes, increase efficiencies and establish best practices and enhance employee experience
  • Assist Payroll and Human Resources team with Oracle reports for helping various managerial matters, for control and statistical purposes etc.
  • Carry out audits on data integrity in the Oracle system and assist with team quarterly audits

Skills and Expereince required 

 

Commercial Business Administration experience 

Strong Excel skills 

Good attention to detail

Strong Multi Tasking skills 

Strong Language communication skills in English and German  

 

Preferred Skills: 

Oracle systems exposure ,

exposure to working within HR/Payroll environment preferred

 

Education: 3rd level qualification desirable
