Summary: The candidate will join the Managed Service team and be responsible for managing and ensuring system stability of various customer applications. This includes implementing solutions to make our processes more efficient, as well as being first line support when a customer ticket gets opened. The candidate will be heavily involved with troubleshooting so problem analysis skills are a necessity. They will also interact directly with the customer so communication skills is a must. Managed Services support 24x7 customers so candidate will be part of the after hrs and weekend support rotation.
