Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Vice President, Global Total Rewards is responsible for the continuous development, implementation, communication and maintenance of the Company’s global rewards functions, including Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems strategy, HR Analytics, Payroll and Equity Administration.
The Vice President, Global Total Rewards will work closely with the CHRO, CEO and Board of Director Compensation Committee members regarding executive and Board of Director compensation matters. This role will be based at our corporate headquarters in Burlington, MA
Specific responsibilities by functional area include:
Direct annual market survey and recommendations regarding changes in salary plans; oversee all activity related to published compensation surveys throughout the year and audit survey output, market trends and competitive pay positions to ensure Nuance’s salary plans meet overall company goals and objectives.
