Job Summary

Join a diverse, open-minded and dynamic team bringing digital channels to life with voice-responsive chatbots. Lead the delivery of chatbot applications to well-known, global companies using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary customer contact for Nuance’s digital chatbot projects
  • Meet the milestones set out in the project plan
  • Produce status reports and lead status meetings
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations, don’t over-promise, don’t underdeliver
  • Assign tasks to resources and ensure delivery dates are met by the project team
  • Know when is appropriate to escalate risk
  • Support pre-sales activity
  • Approximately 25% travel

 

Skills:

  • Strong background / experience in customer-facing project management, ideally in delivering digital applications to major organisations
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working with digital channels e.g. web and mobile
  • Able to quickly recognise the critical path of the project and to detect and manage risk
  • Extremely capable of managing projects in parallel and multitasking
  • Extensive client-facing experience
  • Deep experience of digital technologies
  • Project methodology expert (waterfall, agile)
  • Native/near-native English speaker – additional languages would be a bonus.
  • Education: Relevant BA or equivalent experience
  • Must be happy to be processed through a background check.
