In the case of Nuance CSP (Communications Service Providers) division, our customers are telecoms and media providers across the globe. The Product Manager will work be responsible for Nuance Loop, an artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics-powered marketing platform for mobile operators that delivers new revenue streams and enhances existing ones. Nuance Loop already supports over 700 million subscribers daily, giving mobile operators the ability to market and monetize personalized services to subscribers across a broad range of services, including messaging, advertising and financial services.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the Loop platform strategy in support of our carrier customers. This includes developing new services and the appropriate channels to reach the intended audience with compelling offers. The candidate will be an expert at leveraging analytics to optimize the return on engagement as well as other key metrics, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), churn and loyalty/ NPS (Net Promoter Score). The Product Manager will work in collaboration with Product Development, Marketing and Sales to identify market opportunities and define a product roadmap that accelerates growth.
This Product Manager will act as the business and technical owner and will need to stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends to define and execute product strategy, and to ensure market needs are met with compelling products that deliver maximum benefit to customers and maximum impact to Nuance and our Carrier partners.
