Job Summary

Dragon Training, Go-Llive Support, Optimization

 

Responsibilities:

  • Trainining
  • Ensure providers and internal trainers are taught all concepts of Dragon Medical and integrate speech recognition into the site specific EHR (usually Epic.)
  • Articulate and deliver curriculum to meet the needs of group training versus 1:1 training.
  • Proficient in optimizing provider workflow via Dragon into the EHR.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to all learning levels present in the classroom.
  • Strategize and resolve issues surrounding providers with poor speech recognition accuracy and troubleshoot end-user issues that may arise in class.
  • Performs all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

 

Number of Years of Work Experience: 5-8 years

 

Required Skills:

  • Epic Knowledge

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication, excellent verbal skills, comfortable working with individuals and in group settings. Clinical knowledge

Education:  Bachelors or Associates
