Job Summary

Partner and Deliver with effectiveness on key HR goals

  • Drive and implement initiatives to better employee experience on the floor
  • Be an able guide and partner for front line managers for effectively managing their teams
  • Partner & coach front line managers for effective performance management during appraisals

Drive and effectively manage employee retention

  • Conduct regular and effective employee interactions to get feedback, and actionable pulse from the floor on an ongoing basis
  • Conduct timely trigger & retention discussions to pursue retention of key employees
  • Analyse and infer insights & trends from employee attrition patterns to provide detailed inputs for retention plans.
  • Drive & execute retention plans for the business in partnership with Operations managers

HR Metrics

  • Strong in calculations and HR Analytics, ratios, formulae



Number of Years of Work Experience: 5-8 years
