Job Summary



Exciting opportunity to manage the Nuance Healthcare Software Solutions Sales activity to assigned customers in France in order to maximize revenue, drive expansion and growth.

Manage the partners relationship to the assigned partners in Diagnostics



NB This is a remote working role – preference is to be located in or around Paris



  • Achieve sales targets and propose contingency plans in case of deviations.
  • Generate pipeline and move through the sales funnel using SFDC and provide accurate business forecast and implement contingency plans.
  • Direct touch with the assigned customers in Acute leading the sales opportunity process
  • Manage the relationship with the partners assigned in Diagnostics and support them during the sales process
  • Channel management in order to implement the channel strategy and avoid conflicts between the different accounts.
  • Coordinated and aligned the local sales activity in the International Accounts with the global strategy.
  • Provide active input to Product Management for road map definition and product development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing in the definition and implementation of the marketing activities and according the budgets assigned.
  • Business development activities in recruiting new partners according the company sales strategy



Required Skills: 

  • Strong Healthcare sales background
  • Strong Software Solutions Sales background
  • Proven track record in successfully selling
  • Strong relationships within the French Healthcare sector
  • Must be fluent in French and English written and spoken  
  • Proven ability in dealing, negotiating and closing deals
  • Relevant experience in working with virtual teams.
  • Experience in channel management

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in working with Sales Force or similar systems

Education: University degree in Business / Economics preferred
