Job Summary

Summary

 

 

 

Work on an Agile Scrum team to develop and maintain various desktop and server business applications

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research maintenance and support terms for all Imaging customers and link the appropriate asset where applicable
  • Reset and consolidate organizational customer records
  • Investigates, evaluates, and recommends new policies, procedures, and products for department
  • Identifying Maintenance and Support revenue opportunities
  • Ensuring accuracy within the internal tracking system
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating current system procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong, structured analytical skills
  • Excellent time/project management skills
  • Strong and effective English language communications: verbal, listening, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with effective follow-through
  • Willingness to own problems and see them to completion
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills:

  • Excellent keyboard/data entry skills (speed & accuracy)
  • Self-starter and able to work in an unsupervised environment

Education: Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college, university or technical/vocational institution.

Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
