Job Summary

You are an experienced customer-facing project manager with a strong technical background. You can manage multiple small to medium-sized projects in parallel, across multiple project teams. You are a strong project manager in terms of organizational and prioritization skills and you are also enthusiastic about getting into the detail of your projects and participating in the delivery of project tasks.



  • Primary point of contact for Nuance’s Nina Multichannel customers, including major, well-known international organizations
  • Responsible for the successful deployment of our multichannel virtual assistants for web, mobile and messaging channels
  • Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects in parallel
  • Typically work in a project team of 3-5 people, responsible for ensuring that the project team is clear on the activities they need to complete and their deadlines, you are accountable for meeting the milestones set out in the project plan
  • Ensure project progress and information is on a weekly basis by producing status reports and leading status meetings
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations, don’t over-promise, don’t underdeliver
  • Know when is appropriate to escalate project risks internally
  • Support pre-sales activity, explain, sell and promote project methodology to prospective customers
  • Approximately 25% travel

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience of managing customer-facing projects and working directly with customers
  • Exceptional project manager, particularly strong organizational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and teams across multiple functions
  • Experience working with digital channels such as web and mobile
  • Extremely capable of managing projects in parallel and multitasking

Number of Years of Work Experience: 5+ Years


Required Skills: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in delivering digital applications to major organizations
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role
  • Deep experience of digital technologies
  • Project methodology expert (has managed multiple projects using waterfall, agile and other methodologies)
  • Native/near-native English speaker

Education: Relevant BA or equivalent experience
