Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trade Shows as part of the Demand Generation team, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the planning, coordinating and executing of the company’s presence in Tier 1 & 2 trade shows for the healthcare division, and managing Tier 3 programs (start to finish) collaborating with LOB Program Managers, Solutions Marketing and Sales to develop goals and execute on objectives. Support may also involve developing and implementing additional types of events including sponsorships, focus groups, client events and other initiatives. These events will be managed according to industry standards and aligned with our corporate brand.


  • Maintain master event calendar
  • Secure exhibit space and sponsorships
  • Assist in site selection for client events/receptions
  • Work with outside vendors and agencies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tradeshow services and materials.
  • Secure show services, exhibit properties, badges, graphics and promotional items
  • Housing coordination and manage hotel room block
  • Manage event appointment scheduling tool
  • Assist Senior Trade Show Manager with trade show-related administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure accuracy of exhibit vendor’s portable properties online ordering system
  • Travel to Tier 1 and selected Tier 2 events within North America to provide on-site support including supervision of installation and dismantle of exhibits, lead gathering, and managing reception desk 
  • Facilitate the development of event communications internally
  • Prepare, track and reconcile event budgets
  • Develop and execute post-event evaluations
  • 25% travel - Ability to travel (including weekends) is required. **

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • 3-5 years tradeshow marketing.  
  • Demonstrated experience in trade show coordination and project management.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and maintain attention to detail and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines within tight timeframes and manage to budget.
  • Self-starter with ability to work productively in both individual and team settings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with ExhibitForce and Jifflenow is a plus.


Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based reporting tools


Education: BS Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.
