Job Summary

As Regional Channel Sales Manager you will be based in UK or a regional hub where you will join the local MFP Imaging sales team, reporting into the Regional Sales Director.


You will be responsible for developing existing partners and identifying, engaging, on-boarding and developing new partners in your region.  Within your territory you will be focused on developing the channel business by engaging local resellers in direct touch.


Your mission will be to promote, through these partners the entire Nuance Document Imaging portfolio including Print Management and Capture Solutions. You will ensure you get the the best coverage of your territory avoiding holes and over-distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify major channel partners in the territory in Print Management and Capture
  • Build a partner plan with each partner in the territory
  • Effectively maintain with leads, opportunities and accounts, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities
  • Review business and forecast with partner’s management on a quarterly base
  • Review deals with sales force on a weekly base
  • Ensure the right level of skills in sales and technical within partners
  • Deploy Nuance initiatives
  • Work with marketing team to develop programs

Required Skills:


  • Strong proven channel sales experience in Printer and MFPs' industry
  • Experienced and with a track record of quota achievement in complex enterprise software sales


Preferably experience with selling either:

  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Print Management Software
  • Business Process Management
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Scanning and Capture
  • Worklfow automation
  • Archiving
  • Managed Print Services
  • Managed IT Services

Track record of success selling to: To vertical markets, including Finance, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing and Services.Through the IT, services, integrator channel

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong intra-personals skills.
  • Great verbal communication skills.
  • Highly comfortable with office productivity and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and structured self-starter.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.



Bachelor’s degree - Business and Marketing majors preferred or Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
