Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager Print Business Development, reports to the Regional Sales Director. The position will be responsible for named allocated accounts/segments, the conservation and growth of these accounts/Segments. Develop direct relationships between Nuance and decision makers to create awareness and opportunities for Nuance solutions. Develop a pipeline of additional projects for NDI Print Product Sales. Engage Partner Channel for closing and fulfilling projects. Grow sales of predominantly Print Products (EQ, SC & OM).

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive MFP Solution projects with regional Partners/segments
  • Develop close relationships with senior management within assigned accounts and Territory
  • Develop a solid pipeline of premium business customers (SMB and Enterprise customers)
  • Help partners configure and closing deals
  • Work cross functional to leverage sales efforts with other Nuance Document Imaging departments
  • This is a home working based role but you must be based in the North of Germany (Köln or Bremen)

Required Skills:

  • Strong solution selling experience in the enterprise software space.
  • Has an existing and proven strong network to decision makers in these vertical markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals; Competency with software sales, imaging solutions, channel sales and knowledge of the MFP industry; Strong channel partnership business development sales experience.
  • Confident, polished professional with the motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in German and English

Preferred Skills: Several years of Experience of selling Imaging solutions directly and with partners

 

Education: Preferably University Graduate, business related degree.
