Job Summary

Be the Strategic Alliance Champion for the sales organization of Cerner

 

 

    • Facilitate building relationships and engagement plans with Cerner and Nuance sales teams

    • Develop key relationships with Cerner Sales Leaders to foster cohesiveness and alignment.

    • Manage and measure pipeline to bookings target to hit and exceed targets by line of business and total business 100% + attainment of assigned booking number for partnership.

    • Manage account planning strategies for the new territories – key initiative for FY18

    • Conduct forecasting calls month 1 twice a month, month 2 (3 calls) and month 3 (every week)

    • Conduct educational webinars for both and combined teams once a quarter or as needed

    • Aligning communications with both teams as needed with “Fast Facts” and “News Alert” communications

    • Managing partner expectations on various deliverables on deals, outcomes of various requests, basically ensuring the Nuance team delivers on promises, regardless of situation.

    • Engaging in opportunities as needed (being a Strategic Alliance Sponsor)

    • Foster a positive working relationship between Nuance and Cerner.

    • Program Support (i.e., a go to person for the Nuance team with respect to Program specifics, (pricing programs, bundling and quoting support and back up for order validation and submission to OM)


 

Education: Bachelors Degree 

 

Minimum years of work experience: 5 years in a healthcare channel partner role.

 

Required skills: 50% travel

Experience in Healthcare Partner and/or Alliance management

Proven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with Partners

Proven effectiveness collaborating in teams and team selling; exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong relationship building and partner management, excellent organization skills; read people and situations effectively, anticipate mine fields and adapt interpersonal style and approaches accordingly.

Fimilarity with Salesforce.com CMS and Oracle
