The Finance Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing finance, accounting and office support to various Company departments, including creating accurate and timely customer invoices.  Secondary responsibilities may also include assisting other support departments during peak periods, including compliance, travel and expenses.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform invoice creation for customer revenue and expense reimbursement amounts
  • Administer accounts receivable aging and customer collection efforts
  • Perform vendor setup and payment duties in accounts payable
  • Other general accounting and finance duties as assigned including spreadsheet creation and transaction support creation and maintenance
  • Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as required
  • Calculate Commissions Monthly
  • Fax, photocopy and scan documents as required
  • File materials and locate filed materials upon request ensuring they are given only to authorized parties
  • Special projects as requested

 

Qualifications:

 

Number of Years of Work Experience: 3-5 years

 

Required Skills: 

  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, Commission Calculations, Advanced Excel,
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office products and superior PC skills
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Must possess a strong customer focused, upbeat and positive attitude
  • Extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task and to adapt quickly
  • Self-starter who works independently to resolve issues and meet critical deadlines
  • Must be able to work in an open office environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills: QuickBooks knowledge, Proficient in MS Office, Customer Focused

 

Education: Associates Degree or higher
