Summary: The Senior Program Designer plays a critical role within the PMO group, serving as a strategic advisor and Nuance Solutions expert to the company’s new customers. Reporting to the Program Design Manager, you will partner with the client from contract signature to program launch working to design the solution architecture and strategy behind the program.
Number of Years of Work Experience: 5+ years of managing the successful delivery of projects or maintaining projects (solution architecture, eCommerce, software implementations, program design, business analyst
Preferred Skills: A 4-year college degree is required, preferably a degree in business, finance, statistics, analytics or marketing or six years of relevant experience may be substituted for the 4-year college degree.
Education: Experience with technology consulting, eCommerce, project management, and/or Web Analytics is highly preferred.
