Job Summary

Insure that each call and web lead is answered and triaged within an acceptable time -  Insuring all leads are properly routed to the appropriate representative or division. Make outbound sales calls to generate new opportunity. Close smaller transactional deals.





  • Insure the proper routing of all inbound and voicemail collected calls within an acceptable time frame
  • Triage all inbound calls and direct to the appropriate ISR for additional discovery 
  • Provide proper direction to all inbound calls - direct to the appropriate RSM or Partner Rep
  • Work directly with DNS marketing teams performing follow-up and discovery for inbound calls directly related to BU specific campaigns
  • Work closely with existing sales team to move potential opportunities to the buying stage
  • Close smaller transactional opportunities
  • Call out on all time sensitive ( BU determined 72 hours)  DNS opportunities
  • Call out on provided Campaigns created by the DNS BU's
  • Direct all on-line questions and issues to the CS team
  • Work directly with customer service- Moving calls quickly to the appropriate contact  will enhance customer satisfaction to all callers and product users
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure.

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Minimum years of work experience: 1-2

Required skills: Organized, Excellent verbal and written communications skill.

Preferred skills: Sales and Marketing
