    Job Summary

    As the Human Resources Business Partner for the Healthcare Division, you will be one of the primary Human Resources contacts for the Healthcare Operations Organization.  You will provide human resources support to all levels of management and employees.  This includes change management, team effectiveness, and assisting with the roll out of Corporate Human Resources programs. As well, you will be responsible for addressing any and all Human Resources-related matters on a day to day basis.




    • Interpret policy to provide direction and counsel to the most senior members of the management team as well as non-management staff using creative and practical solutions to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve HR issues. Responsibilities include providing professional consultation and HR support for the client organization.
    • Act as a key facilitator of the strategic workforce planning process with members of the management team.
    • Manage complex employee relations matters with stakeholders including the employee, manager, HR Compliance and HR Legal teams.
    • Facilitate key meetings, deliver communication and administer Corporate Human Resources programs.
    • Provide assistance on Human Resources programs such as performance management, focal reviews, learning & development, talent assessment, and benefits.
    • Ensure proper compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Support the new hire on boarding process.
    • Manage employee leaves of absence and compliance with Local and Federal leave laws.
    • Facilitate development and roll out of various geographically specific social and/or philanthropic initiatives.
    • Conduct fact finding investigation activities related to internal and external inquiries, complaints and concerns.
    • Deploy OD concepts and strategies to affect desired outcomes in support of the division.
    • Perform other various administrative duties that support the human resources function.


    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Minimum 12 years of professional experience as a HR Generalist or HR Manager in a large corporate environment.
    • Broad-based human resources experience as a generalist.
    • Strong partnering experience with executives and managers to initiate and implement human capital objectives.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally to all levels of the company
    • Creative, flexible, innovative team player who can also work well in a leadership capacity with minimal oversight
    • Highly developed analytical skills
    • High energy and superb follow through
    • Customer service focus
    • Demonstrated success building business relationships and advising and coaching management on human resources solutions
    • Highly proficient using MS Office and other business tools.
    • BA Degree is required, MA or MBA is highly preferred.
