    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Data visualization Professional with a background in Finance to support our Worldwide Sales Finance group and simplification initiatives. The position will provide an excellent opportunity to advance your analytics career with a focus on Financial processes at a fast-paced, growing technology company. This role will report to the Director, Corporate Finance and support key leadership across Sales, Business Units, and Finance.


    Key Responsibilities


      • Sales Finance lead responsible for the planning and management of the sales budget, oversee and support associated monthly accounting of sales expense during close cycle and associated controllership tasks.
      • Collect, organize and analyze data from a variety of sources to build out complex dashboards across Sales, Booking, Margin and expense vertices.
      • Manage and provide transparent and verifiable finance data for multiple stakeholders; act as Center of Excellence for sales financial data
      • Build and maintain OPEX, Revenue, Margin and other balance sheet segment related sophisticated analytical and reporting tools designed to drive a more optimal and informed decision-making process.
      • Coordinate the annual sales planning and quarterly forecasting processes
      • Coordinate all inputs required to build and capture sales expense and headcount plans and forecasts for all Sales and Corporate Marketing departments
      • Partner with program stakeholders to coordinate priorities and schedules related to the above


    Key Relationships


    • Report directly to the Director, Corporate Finance
    • Work in partnership, daily, with Sales Operations, Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance, Sales Commissions, International Accounting, and US Accounting.




    • Passionate practitioner of effective data visualization
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Minimum 7 plus years’ work experience (In Sales Finance domain preferred) with At least 3-4 Years of Experience with Data visualization tools like Tableau.
    • Resourcefulness, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement is essential to the success of this role
    • Experience with using Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Smartview, Hyperion Essbase, or equivalent planning tools, Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system, and Excel Modeling skills
    • Ability to establish rapport, develop strong partnerships and maintain trust with senior level sales, finance and division leadership.
    • Willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture
    • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
