The HC Division is looking to hire a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Manager who will manage the activities of the HC Continuity and Disaster Recovery Office across the healthcare organization. This manager provides guidance to the healthcare division related to best practices in regard to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and procedures, conducts annual tests against the procedures and plans, and refines such plans.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Provide analysis of program and project disaster recovery plans and systems.
•Identify areas needing improvement and recommend strategies and approaches for strengthening existing or developed plans.
•Designs and administers programs to include policies, standards, guidelines, training programs, and a viable quality assurance process for disaster recovery
•Create, implement, and manage disaster recovery programs.
•Create documentation, processes, and procedures related to the position.
•Conduct thorough disaster recovery testing.
•Responsible for ensuring the business resumption plan adequately addresses the organization's requirements and established time frames
Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
Minimum years of work experience: 10 years

•Ability to work independently as well as in a group
•Ability to solve problems and articulate potential solutions
•Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills
