    Job Summary

    The Principle Beta Manager is responsible for direct Customer engagement and end delivery of the Beta engagement. Other critical functions include Beta project plan development and execution, Client management and governance, issue escalation and tracking (internal and external), ensuring client success and achieving client references.

     

    Responsibilities: 

     

    The Principle Beta managers skills will include:

     Tight integration with internal teams: Product Management, Dev, Pro Services, and Support

    Client product delivery / consulting experience

    Project management experience

    Project management skills -keeping all stakeholders level set

    Issue escalation and resolution tracking.

    Background in healthcare process and HIT experience

    Presentation development and communications skills

    Experience making presentations and providing communication to senior level executives

     

    Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure.

     

    Number of Years of Work Experience: 3-8 years in IT or Technical Sales Support – Preferably in the Clinical Healthcare field

     

    Required Skills: 

     

    Demonstrated record of healthcare application rollout coupled with proven project management skills; Proven track record supporting and working with Sales, Product Management, Development, and Technical Support teams; Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; familiarity with, Web Applications, familiarity with HL-7 interfaces; Experience with Virtual Desktop hosted applications; ability to work independently and creatively with minimal supervision

     

    Preferred Skills: 

     

    Healthcare IT experience, knowledge of: hospital IT environments; Project Management skills, Excellent written and presentation skills; Healthcare application rollout and introduction experience; Ability to manage multiple critical projects; previous experience/knowledge working with product management, support, professional services, and development teams a plus.

     

    Education: BS in IT or healthcare related degree preferred.
