Summary: Reporting to the Supervisor of Support Renewals, the Renewals Representative will work directly with Nuance customers, both direct end users and partners, to ensure that their Contract Renewals are ordered prior to contract expiry, through a mix of proactive and reactive processes.
The employee will serve as primary representative to assigned customers on all renewal matters. Employee will manage delivery of quotations and will pursue renewal opportunities to closure (win/loss outcome). Employee will also conduct regular follow up with customers regarding specific book of business and manage an accurate quarterly forecast for the assigned business. Employee will also work strategically to reinstate expired customers as well as to explore upcoming renewals throughout the year. Employee will also assist in Quarterly Business Reviews and will manage distribution of proactive quotes and metrics as deemed necessary.
The employee will also assist with research and quarterly projects as assigned by leadership.

Education: College Degree or strong commercial experience in a similar role
