Nuance is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Inside Sales,) to sell Enterprise Maintenance & Support Renewals (Technical Support) to key partners & customers in the Nuance customer base. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for over $10 Million US Dollars in Technical Support Revenue from assigned accounts. The accounts are clearly defined, and the revenue targets are highly achievable and, for the right person, over achievable.

The Sr Account Manager for Maintenance & Support Renewals is a sales role. The Account Manager will sell approximately $16 Million US Dollars in annual M&S contracts. They will manage the $7 Million USD annual M&S stream from Avaya, Nuance's largest partner in M&S contributions.
