    Job Summary

    Summary:

    • Manage Automotive Customer such as Tier One, OEM so on
    • Provide general presentation to cover overall product information and company overview
    • Negotiate internally/externally to finalize the deal

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Working with Automotive Sales Engineer and key counterparts at business unit to conduct various pre-sales activities for Japanese Automotive customers.
    • Frequent Commnication with Several Automotive Customers
    • Sales will be the liaison between the customer and Nuance.
    • Find the deal based on a lot of discussion with the customer.
    • Provide correct information to expand our business
    • Negotiation Skill to close the deal
    • Need to study Nuance Automotive Product to be explained to Customer
    • The job is focused on Nuance products and services for Automotive including but not limited to: embedded ASR, connected ASR, TTS, speech enhancement and text input.
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

     

    Education:

    • University degree

     

    Minimum years of work experience:

    • 8 yrs minimum with Bachelors or 6 yrs minimum with Masters

     

    Required skills:

    • Customer facing experience / skills or aptitude
    • Comfortable in making presentations and speaking to an audience
    • Business level of oral and written English is an absolute must, The role requires strong bilingual (Japanese & English) communications skills. 
     
    Preferred skills:
    • IT experience in general preferred
    • Familiarity with speech related technologies considered advantageous.
    • Eager and able to work in a multicultural environment
    • Familiarity with Cloud Service Business
