    Job Summary

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage GAAP to Non-GAAP reconciliation process, including forecasting, reviewing actual results, explaining variances from forecast, and communicating analysis to upper management
    • Manage monthly financial close meetings including monthly and quarterly close calendars
    • Prepare worldwide restructuring analysis
    • Assist in preparing balance sheet analysis for upper management with meaningful explanations and insight to account movements
    • Partner with Treasury on balance sheet forecasting for hedging purposes and perform worldwide foreign exchange analysis
    • Work with newly acquired entities to map their trail balances to our Oracle system and review their monthly results (balance sheet and P&L)
    • Partner with Nuance cross-functional teams to integrate newly acquired entities into Oracle
    • Manage quarterly and annual corporate requests from external auditors
    • Work closely with the Director to develop and implement process improvements
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for secure.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 6-8 years of professional accounting experience 
    • Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations and P&L Analysis
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, team player
    • Strong proficiency with MS Excel
    • Experience in Oracle and Hyperion is highly preferred
    • Degree in Accounting or other relevant degree, CPA certification a plus but not required
