    Job Summary



    As a part of this Business Development team, you will be expected to:  


    • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers/key accounts and develop growth opportunities within these accounts within the Bay area
    • Forecast and deliver commercial pipeline against assigned quotas/objectives
    • Report status, activities, forecasts to the global Automotive management team
    • Present and communicate Nuance’s roadmap and demonstrate applications in face-to-face customer meetings



    Required skills of the Senior Business Development Manager:       


    • 3+ years of experience in software solutions business development, with familiarity in one of the following fields: AI, automotive, Speech Recognition/NLU, navigation, virtual assistants or ADAS/Autonomous
    • Strong presentation and relationship building skills
    • Team spirit, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or computer science


    Highly desirable skills (but not required):  


    • Strong technical background and understanding of Automotive software/head unit/infotainment systems and applications
