    Job Summary

    We deliver Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Voice Biometrics applications for enterprise firms. Our goal is to improve customer’s self service automation and security.  

     

    Responsibilities:
    In this role you will be part of a project team customizing the products delivered by our R&D team and delivering them to our clients. You will be directly responsible for testing the customized IVR solutions  for our customers. You will be responsible for testing the IVR code, integration external backend systems and reporting solutions. You will be working in the full life cycle of projects including requirements, designs, implementation, testing, and deployment.

     

     

     

    Required Skills:

    • Creating test plans and identifying test objectives from the requirement and design specifications.
    • Designing and maintaining technical test scenarios for manual and/or automated execution.
    • Create specifications for test data and test environments.
    • Execute manual and/or automated test scenarios.
    • Producing test reports, documenting the results of the test scenarios.
    • Accurately identify and communicate defects and systems enhancements to the development teams   utilizing defect tracking system.
    • Communicating with the Project team; always to inform them of the progress / problems being encountered in the testing of any solution.
    • Excellent understanding of software testing techniques.
    • Experience in creating technical test plans and test specifications.
    • Ability to identify, isolate and document system deficiencies in a clear and concise manner.
    • Attention to detail with methodical problem-solving approach
    • Solid understanding of the SDLC and STLC
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
    • Work independent of others when required.
    • Experience working within Microsoft server environments, understanding of database concepts
    • Scripting knowledge using Python or Perl
    • Prior experience with test automation tools using selenium.

     

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field (C.S., E.E., M.I.S., Comp Eng.) with emphasis on software/application development strongly preferred.
