    Job Summary

    Principal duties and responsibilities:

    • Validate customer requirement, manage project scope, timelines, hours and assumptions.
    • Develop effective and creative customer solutions with very little supervision.
    • Work with Nuance teams to deploy custom and configurable solutions.
    • Drive project timelines and budget to completion and within estimated scope and established production Go-Live dates.
    • Identify and manage the change request process with the customer should scope or requirements change for an assigned project.
    • Build strong and long last working relationship with our customers.
    • Lead and contribute in client project meetings, both internally and externally.
    • Assist in the estimate process by verifying requirements, determining estimated hours, collaborating on scope of work with assumptions.
    • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Company as well as industry products and solutions.
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

    Education and Minimum years of work experience: 5+ years’ experience in managing software delivery for large scope projects in professional services. 


    Required skills:

    • External, client project management experience
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
    • Minimum of five years of large scope project management experience
    • Experience conducting and leading issues meetings, workshops, document reviews and user feedback meetings.

    Preferred skills: 

    • Outbound engagement experience
    • Effective communication, knowledgeable on IVRs and/or proactive communications, Microsoft Project Plan, Change Management
