    Job Summary

    iScribes, now a part of Nuance, is a technology-enabled service which provides physicians with an effortless clinical documentation solution, freeing them to spend more time with patients and less time with computers. Our solution changes the lives of doctors and patients, and our close-knit team is dedicated to a mission of making healthcare functional and efficient. As our team rapidly expands our customer growth and capacity, we are seeking a highly organized individual to help support a smooth and consistent implementation process for all new clients.

     

    As an Implementation Coordinator, you will provide project coordination and project management support for the implementation of iScribes services. You will work with internal and external teams to manage timelines and expectations.

     

    This candidate will join our core team in the heart of the startup community in downtown Durham, NC.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all aspects of iScribes implementations from sales close through go-live including facilitating client kickoffs, scheduling, and status reporting.
    • Establish, communicate, and track action items and milestones to ensure successful and on-time client implementations.
    • Liaise and effectively manage communications between the client, sales, operations, and implementation teams.
    • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations; don’t over-promise, don’t underdeliver.
    • Ensures the seamless transition of the client from implementation to operations.
    • Develop expertise in the iScribes product, medical documentation and various Electronic Health Record systems.
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

     

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree

     

    Minimum years of work experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role.

     

    Required skills:

    • Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work and complete assignments accurately, while under pressure of competing deadlines and with frequent interruptions.
    • Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Strong client relations and client-facing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
    • Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
    • Ability to take initiative and move activities forward with limited direction.
    • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred.
    • Experience working with Electronic Health Records preferred.
    • Experience in project management, client relations, or implementation preferred.

     

    Preferred skills:

    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
