Summary: As a leading provider of clinical documentation solutions, Nuance is combining our leading edge speech recognition with machine learning and artificial intelligence to revolutionize and streamline physician workflows. This key position will work closely with end user clinicians, product management and the UI / UX team to develop critical easy to use interfaces for scribes and clinicians alike. This person will be responsible for creating rapid prototypes, supporting usability studies, and implementing suggested workflow changes. As a member of the client side development team, this position will liaise with the server team to display and update real time server side results in an intuitive and visually please manner. Designing a user interface that is appropriate for both desktop and mobile clients will also be a key consideration.
Number of Years of Work Experience: 3+
Preferred Skills: Build tools such as npm, webpack, eslint, babel. Node.js. Understanding of `Responsive design` and `mobile first`. Familiarity with React and/or Vue a plus. Solid Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with Git and Github. Familiarity with agile development.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
