    Job Summary

    This role will manage the day-to-day relationship with the contracted ACD research partners to ensure that terms of the contract are met from both sides, that the data necessary to support the ACD research efforts is flowing as agreed upon, that all issues that may arise during the course of expansion within these institutions is addressed sufficiently to ensure the research partners remain satisfied and continue to provide the agreed upon resources throughout the term of their respective agreements. This role will also help define and implement requirements related to how institutions are enrolled into the ACD program.    


    Principle Duties and Responsibilites:

    • Ensure efficative communication bi-directionally with all research partner organizations
    • Ensure implemenation of data collection systems is a positive experience for the research partners and effectively delivers a data pipeline to the research organization.
    • Ensure the research partners selected providers are satisfied with the ACD/VA experience
    • Ensure that clinical specialty expansion plans agreed upon with the research partner organizations remain on schedule
    • Ensure that deployment of VA/ACD technologies within the research partner organization are deployed effectively
    • Communicate internally to ensure that the Nuance operations team deliver services effectively in support of the research program.
    • Make sure research partner fees and revenue sharing is processed to contract
    • Define requirements for ACD productization related to provider enrollment and management
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

    Number of Years of Experience: 8+ Years


    Required Skills:

    • You have at least 8-years of relevant industry experience
    • You’ve manged a successful implementations for a minimum of 5 years
    • You have vast, working knowledge of Nuance operating organization.
    • You’ve got a proven track record problem-solving, conflict resolution, and providing mentorship and guidance
    • You’re an expert when it comes to collaboration and solving problems
    • You’re able to hear both sides are create solutions
    • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • You’re able to think strategically and can define long-term solutions
    • You can provide solid time estimation, budget development, and resource planning
    • You can provide stakeholders with crisp updates and relevant documentation
    • You have a collaborative working style
    • You’re self-confident, comfortable, and have great poise in interacting with all levels of the business, including an executive audience.
    • You have lots of customer-facing experience.
    • You balance assertiveness with respectfulness.
