    Job Summary

    The position of Digital Marketing Manager supports the Dragon Professional and Consumer team to drive engagement, leads, sales and demand pipeline via multi-touch and ABM-based digital marketing strategies. As a core member of the team, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. On a day-to-day basis, the Manager uses multiple platforms to execute digital tactics, including display advertising and retargeting, ABM-based marketing, Web personalization, email marketing, in-app advertising, social media, and A/B and MVT testing. The Manager will also measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

    Job Requirements

    • Proven work experience with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience with display advertising and retargeting strategies and programs
    • Understanding of Account Based Marketing tactics and execution
    • Experience developing and executing email marketing and email nurture tracks
    • Experience creating social media content and social media platforms, such as Hootsuite
    • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics)
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
    • Experience working with Web platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and other content management systems and CRMs
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

    Preferred Skills

    • BA/BS Degree in business management, marketing, computer science or online marketing or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience with knowledge of digital marketing and technology, including web analytics
    • Proven work experience with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience with display advertising and retargeting strategies and programs
    • Understanding of Account Based Marketing tactics and execution
    • Strong program management ability
    • Ability to write clear reports and maintain important records
    • Ability to create marketing dashboard reports
    • Ability to translate statistical analysis into a concise, clear business case that management team can understand and execute against
    • Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel
    • Collaborative attitude, ability to work well with team members in a fast-paced environment
    • Great attention to detail
    • Extremely organized and able to prioritize
    • Able to learn new systems and programs quickly
    • Self-motivated and driven
