    Job Summary

    Position summary - Answer corporate phones, performs reception duties.  Reporting to Facilities manager


    Principal duties and responsibilities - 

    • Greet all incoming visitors and guests. Ensure guests are checked in and distribute guest badges.
    • Receive and direct incoming calls on corporate switchboard
    • Receive and deliver incoming shipping packages
    • Sorts and distributes incoming U.S. & interoffice mail
    • Shipping domestic and international packages
    • Coordinate front desk services
    • Ensure supply rooms are clean and stocked.  Copiers are ready for use (error messages cleared, paper/toner stocked)
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

    Education: At least High School Diploma


    Minimum years of work experience: 1 to 2


    Required skills: Phone skills, basic word and excel


    Preferred skills: basic power point would be helpful
