The CAS group is responsible for Nuance’s applications that use clinical language understanding (CLU) to help medical facilities optimize their operations. We implement customer interfaces and product workflows, architect Azure deployments, integrate technology from other R&D teams, and support the products in deployment.
As a Java Platform Developer in the CAS group, you will work with a team of developers, QA and documentation staff to develop and maintain the Azure CLU platform upon which our healthcare applications are built. You will be a self-starter and work on multiple deliverables with dynamic schedules.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable and extendable Java backend solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies and products. Collaborate with other team members to develop and evolve our CLU platform to handle the next generation of applications.
Projects will include:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
