    Job Summary

    Summary: The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in developing Nuance’s Ambient Clinical Intelligence Operational Platform (SFDC)

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
    • Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle with a primary focus on application design and software development.
    • Design, Document, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions, including portal development and custom apps.
    • Develop applications with Visualforce and Apex and custom Lightening Components
    • Support our user groups to resolve data and system issues as well as to seek requirements to improve workflows and functionality.
    • Conduct day to day production activities, data maintenance, cleaning and verification.
    • Perform end to end testing features, enhancements and fixes - execute unit and integration tests
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

    Qualifications

    Number of Years of Work Experience: 5

     

    Required Skills:

    • Certified Salesforce Administrator and either Salesforce Architect Certification or Salesforce Developer Certification.
    • Fluent with Salesforce development concepts (Visualforce, Apex Classes, Triggers, Javascript, Workflows, Process Builder, Web Service calls etc)
    • Experience working in an Agile team
    • Experience with building and maintaining Custom Objects, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
    • Experience in SFDC APIs, REST based web services, XML, and JavaScript.
    • Able to create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process.
    • A strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
    • An exceptional ability to think creatively and out of the box to solve problems.
    • Experience implementing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated ecosystem.

    Education: Bachelor's Degree
