    Job Summary

    Create, manage, execute, and own the implementation and upgrade delivery strategy; governance and operating model aligning the business vision and objectives of the projects that are successfully delivered within Healthcare.  



    Capacity Management: Strategic resource planning resulting in achieving and exceeding utilization role targets. Improving delivery effectiveness and efficiency for current (backlog) and future projects (sales pipeline).
    Standardization:  Processes, methodologies, project management practices, deliverables and tools across the Enterprise Project Management Office (Project Charter/Scope, Project Plan, Project Budget, Status Reports),
    Work Plan Creation:  By project type / execution of unused hours program
    Third party management: manage engaged 3rd parties, ensure single-client experience
    Bookings to revenue conversion to plan achievement; On time, on budget, on quality.
    Customer experience:  Drive excellence in customer experience, during implementation and stabilization of the customer life cycle
    Life Cycle Transition:  Definition of implementation success and transition to Acct Management and Support

    Talent development: increase HC IQ, manage/increase team capabilities, continuous ongoing

    ▪Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.

    • Bachelors required

    • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

    • Ability to effectively interact with C-Suite individuals and provide succinct status updates

    • Experience in large-scale global program management

    • Experience managing large, complex teams and portfolios in excess of 1000 projects at one time

    • Experience leading executive level portfolios, with executive authority working with C-suite to make strategic decisions for the organization and executing on those decisions

    • Experience managing organizational capacity, risk, and performance
