    Job Summary

    Position Summary:

     

    This position is required as it is a direct replacement for providing pre-sale technical discovery, privacy and security discussions and documentation which are related to new and recurring business opportunities.

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • The Principal Sales Engineer is required to provide the expertise and support primarily to the Sales Team during pre-sale activities related to Nuance's Diagnostic portfolio.
    • In addition, this position on occasion will provide support to the Implementation Teams.
    • This position is designed to be the facilitator for driving an increase in sales and capturing revenue for the overall Nuance Healthcare organization. 
    • Engage in customer discussions and presentations and support the completion of Information Security Questionnaires in order to help Nuance progress and secure new and existing business; focus on ensuring single-customer experience with clear information that provides customer confidence in meeting objectives.
    • Direct support of 4-8 sales executives for pre-sales support needs.
    • In addition, work within the broader organization to be the security subject matter expert, including working closely with C-suite contacts, CSO Enablement, R&D, Legal, etc., to promote knowledge within the broader Sales Support Sales Engineering Team.
    • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing
    • Must be able to travel up to 50% for sales team support, client support and industry events
    • Experience with SQL Server, Windows 10 and highly integrated system is highly desired.
    • Candidates will need to hold or obtain CompTIA Security + certification.
