    Job Summary

    Summary:

    Reporting to the Senior Compliance Auditors. The ICFR/SOX Intern will provide support to the Sarbanes Oxley Group. General responsibilities will include participation/assistance in control testing, analytics and assisting the Senior Compliance Auditors. 

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Education: College Senior or recent Graduate

    Number of Years of Work Experience: 0-1 year

    • Capability for analysis / Use and understanding of Microsoft office tools
    • Ability to use data to drive to solutions
    • Working knowledge of basic statistics

    Preferred Skills:

    • Enrolled in a four-year program pursing a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
    • Interest in pursuing career in Corporate Accounting or Auditing
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of financial statements and accounting
    • Demonstrated analytical
