Principal Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining interface workflow between RIS vendors and PowerScribe 360 Reporting and Critical Results systems.
  • Responsible for downloading Interface application software and installation and testing of interfaces for PowerScribe 360, Reporting and Critical Results systems.
  • Researches problems and routinely applies troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within defined parameters.
  • Installs of interface application software packages and mapping data elements via interface applications.
  • Tests interface and trouble-shoots network and TCP/IP problems with vendor/customer.
  • Maintains and manages assigned interface projects from pre-sale to implementation.

Knowledge, SKill, Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or related relevant application experience.
  • Years of experience: 5+

Required SKills:

  • Ability to solve complex problems quickly.
  • Networking, O/S with the ability to debug problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with core team members and customers on a daily basis.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft OS, SQL, knowledge of TCP/IP security
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access
  • Knowledge of HL7 standards and protocol for electronic data exchange within healthcare environments
  • Plus, to have FHIR HL7 experience

  • PWS
  • RW
  • PS360 product knowledge
